What I Learned from Muay Thai Training
Upon returning from our trip to Thailand, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the journey before putting anything into words. One thing that truly stands out is the success of everyone on the trip. I’m incredibly proud to say that the students of Elite represented our school with humility, dedication, and hard work.
What impressed me the most was their character and attitude during training. Throughout the week, everyone consistently went above and beyond expectations. As one of their instructors, seeing each student succeed in the country where Muay Thai originated brought me immense joy. Training alongside people from around the world, building connections with Thai coaches, and witnessing the love for Thai Boxing flourish highlighted the commitment of our students and instructors alike.
I am amazed by what was accomplished on this trip and excited to see everyone return with a renewed passion for Muay Thai. I applaud our students—not just for their individual growth, but for how they supported each other as a team. Well done, and I’m proud to be one of your instructors.
