Congratulations to another successful weekend for Elite Training Center and its students!
Promotions in Muay Thai and member Luisa Gaxiola’s opening of a local business make their mark this weekend!Saturday’s Muay Thai promotion was both humbling and inspiring. Its always amazing to watch mothers & daughters as well as husbands and wives push through promotions side by side, motivating each other while creating a bond that only they will understand.

Its a proud moment for all the instructors, Krav Maga, MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ and Kali who push the youth students to be more than just techincally sound but push them to be the example amongst their peers by being a good person who shows integrity, maturity, humility and gratitude to everyone around them. It’s a prideful moment for instructors during a promotion when the youth students exhibit these traits by rising to the occasion and at times motivate and help the adults around them. Then there are those students who have come to Elite, from a troubling place in their lives and with the assistance of the community at Elite, they have grown into something that inspires not only the instructors, but the students that surround them. Last but not least, its always great those who support these promoters and testers, taking a day out of their personal lives to come show their appreciation and gratitude for those they train with tirelessly on a weekly basis. These supporters are a shining example of the community Elite truley is. It is students like these as well as all others who make it a community not only within itself but a community in the South Bay. Elite Training Center’s student base shows its support both inside and out by joining together for charity seminars, blood drives and local business events.
This weekend, one of our own Elite Training Center family members , Luisa Gaxiolla, opened her own salon/studio in Hermosa Beach, not far from the next Elite Training Center site. As for the local business community, it’s a proud and fortunate moment for the South Bay to have such an outstanding member of the community and an amazing woman become a local business owner. It is with great pride that this same woman is animportant part of the Elite family. She always has a huge smile and open arms to help for every student, fighter, instructor and Elite event in any way she can. It is with greater admiration that the turnout of students from Elite that showed up to support the Open house for her new studio was remarkable. As in everything we do at Elite, its more about showing your support, being there for the person next to you and giving all you can to help the community around you. Together we will change the world one couple, youth student, struggling person, local business and community at a time! Congratulations to our amazing group of testers and promoters! Thank you for your trust in the instructors, fellow students and Elite Training Center to help you achieve your goals! Congratulations Luisa and Herman Gaxiola for the opening of your local business! Thank you for always being there for EVERYONE!
