Mixed Martial Arts
At a certain point in your martial arts career you begin to notice an unquenchable thirst for more. The drive to further your understanding and education of the martial arts. A great way to do this is to begin researching online or at a book store. There is a wealth of knowledge on the internet, all it takes is a little poking around for you to find some interesting information. Youtube is a great tool to expand the way you see martial arts. Use key words like Muay Thai , Kickboxing , Krav Maga , self-defense , Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu , grappling , MMA , Kali , and escrima and already you will have a lot of material to go through. Who know what you may discover! Take a trip to the book store, books are treasures waiting to be discovered. Usually you’ll find books pertaining to Mixed Martial Arts in the ‘sports’ section. I found a great Muay Thai and Krav Maga at my Barnes and Nobles. You’ll never know until you look! By expanding your training on the mat by exploring other avenues outside the school, you will begin to see more of the birds eye view on combative mixed martial arts . Give it a shot!
