Remember this week April 11-16 is “WEAR YOUR STREET CLOTHES WEEK” at Elite Training Center’s Krav Maga classes. This is not to say we recommend you wear your jeans and sport jackets or dresses and blouses to Kickboxing Clinics. Although Kali / Silat may be open to it, please consult with Guro Willie Laureano for permission.
Wearing your street clothes when training is a great opportunity to realize what is functional and what is fashionable. We all understand the need to dress professionally. We also understand that it is important to know how and where you are limited in your movement when dressing a certain way.
In all actuality you won’t be attacked or have to engage in combat while wearing shorts, a t-shirt and no shoes. You will be encumbered. So by all means, take advantage of this week’s training in Krav Maga classes. It will really be an eye opener!
