Uppercut- keeping your hands at the level of your face drop your opposite shoulder towards the opposite knee and bend your knees generating power from the ground up. As you punch drive your power from your legs, pivoting the same side foot and keeping your palm facing your face execute the punch. Deliver the punch to the bottom of the chin then pull it right back into place..(Do not straighten your legs or lose balance, and release your
arm/hand from your face. Do not wind up your arm lowering it by your side.)
