Jab/Cross Combination – Jab will be quick, setting up your distance, distracting attacker, and keeping attacker at bay. Rotation will not be as much. Bend forward knee while stepping to create momentum power. Cross will utilize full rotation of body from the ground, balls of feet putting out the cigarette, legs, hips, torso, shoulder and lastly arm, generating K.O. Power.
