Kids Caring in Redondo Beach
Caring is the ongoing topic of the month for the kids program at Elite Training Center in Redondo Beach. During at recent mat chat, the children gave a lot of examples of being helpful at home. Weather it may be doing extra chores, playing nicely with their siblings or putting away their toys after play, these were all great examples. It made me think about my role as an instructor for the children and the role as a student at elite and outside of elite. I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s more than just training martial arts. It’s the role that an individual plays in society with selfless actions to help others in need that makes a big impact in your community both small and big.
