As A Teacher, I Care for All My Student. I Care That The Lesson gets across & received: Heard-Understood-Acknowledged.
There are many types of People that walks onto the mat. But typically there are 2 category.
There are those who gets it Right Away & there are those who gets it Later.
This weekend. We have a Muay Thai Promotion. But this weekends promotion is special because of one Old Student of Mine. She followed Me from another nearby Kickboxing Gym since I moved most of my Teaching schedule to then Lotar (now known as Elite Training Center).
She’s always been a tough Top Student of mine. Never any issue at all, done all of my drills with the Best of her abilities always.
But One Thing Always took All her concentration & sometimes almost sets her back. Spin Kicks. I tried All ways of teaching it to her. Some accomplishments but when it came to application, for some reason she couldn’t put it together.
I had to figure other ways beyond what I knew on how to teach this lesson to Her. These Nuvo format of teaching the Spin Kick is Mainly Because of Her.
So For All My Students who are getting the lesson and receiving it and experiencing good Results of Your Lesson. She Is Someone Who You need To Give Thanks Too.
By The Way, She Trained with Me This Monday. We Had A Light sparring session towards the end of the lesson. She threw 4 spinning back kicks. 2 Landed.
Another Thing, Of The 2 category of People on the mat. I Belong To The GROUP That gets It LATER.
