Hey everyone, just a reminder that this Saturday is the kickboxing promotion and we hope that you are all planning on coming to support your fellow team members.
At Elite, a promotion event is a big deal because its an opportunity for students to test for the next belt and take another step in their martial arts career. It is also important that you come to support the people that are promoting / testing. I can tell you from personal experience that having people come support you at a Kickboxing Promotion is a great feeling and really helps to get you through the day. During a promotion the most important thing is to help the person next to you (and not worry about yourself). If you do that, everyone always has someone helping them along. In fact, that’s really the culture of the school and how every day should be.
Remember, the Kickboxing Promotion starts at 1pm on Saturday (show up around 12:30). Bring your gear, some tennis shoes, and a full change of clothes. Hope to see you all there!
