FREE KICKBOXING BOOT CAMP!
Join the experts from Elite Training Center of Redondo Beach for this energizing and educational event! Fire up your weekend with our FREE Kickboxing Boot Camp from 8:30a.m. to 9:30a.m. on Saturday, June 30th.
All men and women of any fitness level ages 18 and up are invited. Even if you’ve never tried kickboxing before, we’ll guide you through the basics so you can punch and kick your way to better health! And if you’re already into kickboxing, we want you to try it outdoors with our live DJ laying down the beats. It’s going to be a blast!

The event is being held at My Fit Foods in Hermosa Beach, and they’re giving everyone a FREE healthy snack after the workout. Shawni will be driving the dance floor with her drumming expertise (including some of those beats she learned playing with the likes of Tito Puente!) while Tony Pacenski jumps behind the bar to pour drinks!
ARRIVE EARLY!
The party starts at 9p.m., but you should plan on arriving early. Getting there between 8:30p.m. and 9:30p.m. is ideal. You must be at least 21 years old to attend.
