Work and training are usually synonomous. The idea of something that can make you better both physically and mentally is too often discarded as inherently fun. Shouldn’t the outcome of beneficial results be deemed fun?
Most of the Elite Training Center’s student body “work” hard. Does that mean that when learning people aren’t having fun? Semantics can often lend to negative connotations when it comes to exercise and fitness. But the light at the end of the tunnel, the “beacon of fun” is the reward. Why not look towards the beacon with fervor unparalleled? Why do we not find pleasure or bliss knowing that our bodies and minds are getting better and stronger. If a martial artist can shift one’s mindset to seeing training as fun and not as laborous, would the result be the same?
