Exercise
People have always emphasized how important it is to stretch before and after you workout. I ended up learning the hard way. I cannot over emphasize on stretching, if you have a few minutes prior to a class take that time to stretch you will thank yourself for it after. In the event that an injury occurs, rest and stretch as much as you can. If you want to train and you still feel as though your injured and you can tough it out, my opinion its not worth it. It is better to be out for a few days than a few weeks.
