the link listed above is directing you towards a You Tube Video that has helped me tremendously with one of my favorite chokes. This choke is one that I have had a big problem with, if done incorrectly it either will not finish your opponent or just become a neck crank which is very uncomfortable for your partner. After watching this video it helped by showing little details that work for some people and that does not work for others. For myself I kept putting the head in the wrong position and when my opponent began to defend the choke I had no idea how to finish it and I would lose the position so hopefully this video will help you the same way it helped me.
