Make sure whenever you come in to take class, you do a quick inventory check on your gear before you leave. Don’t just check to see if you’ve got everything, also make sure it’s yours! The wrong equipment is grabbed on accident all the time. Double checking never hurts, try to remember to do it after each session and pretty soon it will be a habit. Hope that tip helps!

Elite Training Center in Redondo Beach, California is a mixed martial arts gym that offers a wide range of martial arts classes, including Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Krav Maga, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Kali/Silat/Eskrima (Filipino open-hand and stick/weapon fighting), and LOTAR—an intuitive self-defense system that does not rely on size or strength.
