At Elite Training Center, we take kids’ self-defense and anti-bullying training seriously, which is why we offer Kids MMA classes for boys and girls ages 4–8, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4–5 PM.
If your child is between 9 and 12 years old, please visit our Martial Arts Program for Youths page. Our after-school program blends Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Boxing into a single, well-rounded curriculum. Children learn striking, punching, kicking, knees, elbows, grappling, takedowns, throws, joint locks, escapes, reversals, and practical self-defense. Our goal is to help them grow stronger, both physically and mentally, while making new friends in a supportive environment.

Our after-school program blends all types of Mixed Martial Arts into a single, well-rounded curriculum.
