1000 steps of jiu-jitsu
Living in Redondo Beach and training jiu-jitsu, I am always looking for fun ways to improve my strength and endurance. “Fun” was the key word. This can be subjective many times. What is fun for you may not be fun for me. At the beach in the Redondo, we have the Avenue C. On this street leading to the there is the long ram and stairs. These exits and entrances to the beach, are great for physical exercise under the sun. Above is a new web-show with Carol Gracie. In the video she talks about some good tips on what to do before working out using the stairs. I recommend you start following her show because Carol is all about Fitness, Health and of course Martial Arts… Jiu-Jitsu from Brazil.
Below is a second video starring yours truly. In the video, I am at Avenue C in Redondo Beach making good use of my friend, a skate board and my black belt. This was a challenging workout developed my Master Trainer Michael Saffaie; also of Redondo Beach.

My best,
Prof. Tony Pacenski
