Simply meaning that it’s best that you should DECIDE IN ADVANCE what you will eat and drink…along with what you won’t eat and drink over the Holiday Season.
It’s easier to enjoy your Holidays in moderation if you D.I.A.
Often times during the Holidays, well meaning family and friends do a very good job of encouraging you to over indulge as part of celebrating the year.
The combination of over indulgence of bad food combinations, along with alcohol and over spending…can cause a lot of stress after Holidays are over.
Too much partying combined with less exercise and physical training is a dangerous combination for your overall health and fitness goals.
Our suggestion is to D.I.A.}>Decide in Advance to have a lot of fun and enjoy the Holiday Season without falling prey to over indulgence.
